  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all components and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
