How do I determine the correct frame size for me?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
Does my bicycle arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, bicycles arrive 90% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. We strongly recommend professional assembly at a local bike shop to validate your warranty.
What is your return policy for bicycles and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unridden items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycle returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, State Bicycle Co. ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
We offer a 5-year warranty on all bicycle frames and a 1-year warranty on non-consumable components against manufacturer defects, provided the bike was professionally assembled.
Can I switch between fixed gear and freewheel?
Most of our core models come equipped with a 'flip-flop' hub. This allows you to easily switch between a fixed-gear setup and a standard single-speed freewheel by simply flipping the rear wheel.
